GOODRIDGE high performance braided brakelines are technically superior and extensively race proven. They are the leading product in this sector.
These race-bred brakelines are constructed from the highest quality hose, consisting of a teflon (PTFE) inner and a stainless steel (V2A) overbraid.
They are also available with an additional outer rubber wrapping in different colours. Each single brakeline is pressure tested at 400bar (5800psi)
to ensure highest quality and absolute safety! Thanks to the car specific adapters and threads the GOODRIDGE brakelines replace the OEM brakelines
and are exactly fitting.
If not mentioned separately all GOODRIDGE braided brakelines have an official approval (ABE) and a DEKRA approval certificate is included with each
kit, hence a change of the car documents is not necessary.
Braided high performance brakelines have many advantages if compared to the usual OEM rubber brakelines. The stainless steel braid makes these lines
absolutely safe against damage caused by martens and resistant to abrasion and corrosion. Their much higher stability eliminates sponginess under
heavy braking and offers a much greater braking efficiency. They are not only good in extreme situations and race-use but also encrease the performance
of OEM brakes in stock road cars.
Colorflex braided brakelines with an additional outer wrapping in various colours (black, white, carboline, clear, red, blue, green) are available
as purpose-built item at an extra charge. Please feel free to ask us via e-mail if you wish to have a kit of these made for you!
IMPORTANT: After installation of brakelines the brake system has to be bleeded! A complete replacement of the brake fluid is much recommended.
