Der Ausrücker ist das Übertragungsglied zwischen rotierender Kupplung und dem ruhendem Betätigungssystem. Er ist für die sichere Funktion der Kupplung verantwortlich.
CSC (Concentric Slave Cylinder):
Diese Ausrücker besitzen einen integrierten Nehmerzylinder. Dadurch entfallen die Ausrückgabel zwischen Ausrücker und Nehmerzylinder sowie die entsprechenden Lagerstellen. Die Montage erfolgt direkt am Getriebe. Eingesetzt werden CSC-Ausrücker, wenn der Einbauraum für eine konventionelle Kupplungsbetätigung nicht ausreicht.
The releaser forms the connection between the rotating clutch and the static actuating system. It is responsible for making sure the clutch functions reliably.
SACHS CSC (Concentric Slave Cylinder)
These releasers have an integrated slave cylinder. This eliminates the need for a release fork between the releaser and slave cylinder as well as the associated mounting points.
The unit is mounted directly on the transmission. CSC releasers are used when the installation space is too small for a conventional clutch actuating system.
